Ooh La La!

Before I start - here is a link to the youtube tutorial for this card which also has a link to buy the template https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2gYdMPUvuA  The template is fairly self explanatory so I'm not sure you'll need the tut but I added it in case!!

I've been so busy these last few weeks that I have absolutely no idea where I am with my blog posts! So please excuse me over the next few days if I post something I've already posted!

As usual I left my teacher thank you cards to the last minute and then had a mad couple of days trying to get them done! This one was for the fabulous French teacher who is now retiring. She has been wonderful and my daughter has loved learning a new language.

Seriously, I do not recommend trying to make this in a hurry! I got in such a stew. The NitWit Collections 'Ooh La La' collection was just perfect for this. The little frame and image are also in the collection. All I needed to add was a bit of ribbon.
I loved making it - even though I was like a possessed woman on a mission! The French teacher loved it too, so I'm pleased I got it finished.

I also made a box because to be honest I didn't know how else to get it to school in one piece ;-)

So next year I'll start earlier with the thank you card making. Honest!!! Sending huge hugs, Jayne xxx

I was wondering how you transported this masterpiece. The box is a good idea and so sweet. Love the bow card. I think I'll pass on giving this one a whirl.

What a totally fabulous card; an amazing fancy fold design but not one to make in 5 minutes - lol!
The papers are so stylish and perfect for a French teacher :-)
