Coastal Path

I've made a few cards this week (ooh go me!!) but they're for future DT posts so I can't show them :-(  I did buy the Coastal paper pad from Craftwork Cards last week and made a few really quick 'man' cards :-)

I've tried to keep this one simple because I really need to crack on with making some cards to sell. This Coastal pad is fab and all the papers are usable - none that you think 'Eeewwww!'

So there I am. Hopefully I'll have something a little better to show soon! Hope you're having a great week. Thank you for stopping by, Jayne x

Anything Goes at LOTV Facebook challenge

Over at the LOTV Facebook page this month's challenge theme is Anything Goes :-) I've used one of the new Christmas digi stamps and teamed it up with my favourite NitWit Collection papers (Snow Princess).

I kept it quite simple - mainly because I made it on the day I started potty training my younger daughter and it was literally made in two minute bursts!!!!
I really love the stamp - perfect for a teenager!

You can join in here.

Anything Goes at Crafty Ribbons

Good morning! This week's challenge at Crafty Ribbons is Anything Goes. Now really, what could be simpler? All you need to do is add ribbon or lace to your project and enter!

I've used my fab new Gnome stamps from MFT (sent to me by the very lovely Squirrel) and the gnome ribbon from the new Gnome Ribbon collection from Crafty Ribbons.
I love these gnomes. They kill me! The one at the top looks like someone just made an improper suggestion to him! Hahahaha. Seriously, I love 'em. And the ribbon is perfect :-)

So that's me for today. Thank you for coming by and leaving all your lovely comments. They keep me going :-)  Hugs, Jayne x

Squirrel's Not So Random Challenge :-)

Woohoo! Squirrel has decided to make her random challenges not quite so random! So, every two months we (Squirrel, Annette, Sue, Becky and me) will be running a new challenge. There's plenty of time to enter and our first challenge is 'Anything Goes'. What could be easier?

I was a bit nervous about making a card for this though, so decided to crack open my super delicious new Maja Design papers. Eeek. I hate cutting into expensive papers - I break out into a sweat!
These papers are from the Coffee in the Arbour pack and I teamed them with Wryn Poppies from Tiddlyinks. I don't think I've coloured her before and I got my knickers in a rare old twist! It worked out ok in the end.
I went for minimal embellies on the basis that if I was paying big bucks for expensive papers I at least wanted to see them ! hahaha.

So that's me. Please visit the other DT's blogs - their creations are super scrumptious :-)

Big hugs and a Happy Yorkshire Day :-) Jayne xxx

Christmas Wishes

So, I finally got to play with my new Sue Wilson snow globe dies. It took a bit of faffing about with to make the shaker but it worked out in the end. I used my new Altenew Christmas stamps for the scene - they've just been the best buy :-)

I used LOTV design papers - so blooming cross I didn't get more of these blue papers!

Not sure how many Christmas cards I've made but it's loads more than I had this time last year :-)

Thank you so much for popping by. Sending hugs, Jayne xx

Gnome place like Home ;-)

Aww, just loving the new Gnome ribbon collection from Crafty Ribbons! I teamed the super cute toadstool ribbon up with papers and a digi image from the NitWithollows collection from NitWit Collections. Love these fab papers - and get me faffing about with digi images!!!
I used a small piece of the gnome ribbon too :-)
I even added a tiny gnome and frog to the image.

Hope you're enjoying the week Thanks so much for stopping by. Hugs, Jayne xxx

Floral Thank You

As I mentioned in my last post, my thank you card making reached frantic levels! I made several in this style using the much loved LOTV art pads.

I teamed this beautiful image with the 'Romance and Roses' papers from NitWit Collections. Have to say I probably over use these papers because I just love them :-)

I hope that you're having a fabulous week. Thank you for stopping by. Hugs, Jayne x
