Beelightful!

Today I have a card featuring the new Bee ribbon from the Gnome Ribbon Collection from Crafty Ribbons.

I'm not a huge fan of yellow but I adore these 'Bee-lightful' papers from NitWit Collections :-) The image is 'Bee You' from Tiddlyinks. The hexagon dies are Tattered Lace (I've had them an age but only just used them).

I have no words for the last few days. I really hope that we can come together and respect a democratic decision - whether or not we agree. I can't go through another referendum. Please can we have a petition to stop petitions?????? I may need to buy more stash to keep myself busy and cheer myself up :-)

I'm playing along with the Winter Wonderland Challenge of Add Some Sparkle this week. I made this shaker card with an image from an LOTV Art Pad - oh, I do miss these pads! The beautiful papers are from a Papermania 'Home For Christmas' pad.

Crazy daisies

If you read my facebook post about this card you'll know that instead of having a lovely hour of crafting I ended up having 25 minutes of sloshing ink about in a haphazard manner!!! This was due to my inability to locate my aquamarkers which eventually turned up in my wardrobe!!

I've had these Polkadoodles Stamping Made Easy daisies for a week and really wanted to have a go with them. It's a little bright and I'll go for something a little more muted next time but I thought I'd share my first attempt :-)

Red and aqua!

Hmm, this isn't my usual colour scheme preference but I so like these papers from the Range I couldn't resist!
I've teamed up this LOTV Calendar Fairy with these super yummy Deco Times papers and added plenty glitter for good luck :-) I think this might be the first time this stamp has seen ink - shame on me!

I don't know about you but I can't wait for the referendum to be over. It's just getting so unpleasant and at times utterly ridiculous (Nigel Farage and Bob Geldof having a war of words on boats on the Thames??? What????) What with that and the football I daren't turn my tv on! Seems like the perfect excuse to shut myself in the dining room to craft :-)

Oh, and I fell off the diet wagon. Again. Sigh.
