Perfect Pair

Aww, this image is just tooooo cute! It's one from Stampingbella and it was given to me by my friend Annette :-) It's also the first thing I coloured with my Illustrator pens many months ago.

I've used the Perfect Pear papers from NitWit Collections and the 15mm pink/white check ribbon from Crafty Ribbons.

Golly, it's been such a busy week and I have a crazy weekend of playdates and classes :-) Plus I have to attack my daughters clothes with every stain remover known to man as every day she has returned from preschool wearing several layers of paint!!!! Have a great weekend, Jayne xxx

New Ribbon!

There is a beautiful new range of ribbon over at Crafty Ribbons called 'Stitches'. It's super stylish and ideal for a monochrome card.

I love a super quick card :-) I've used some Craftwork Cards papers and Anna Marie Designs stamps. Job done!

Fanciful Fuchsias

I made this sample using the Fanciful Fuchsia stamps and Illustrator pens from Crafters Companion. Jeepers - these little critters were a trial to put together! Once I'd consulted the fountain of wisdom that is youtube the construction of the fuchsias became clearer but still a tad tricky.

 It's not my usual style but I was super chuffed with myself when I'd finished!!

Starting school!

This is a bit brighter than my usual offerings but I needed to make a card using this fab pencil ribbon from Crafty Ribbons.

I tried to keep the embellishments to a minimum because the papers and ribbon were quite busy!!

I love this digi from Lili of the Valley - can't believe that my little girl will start school this year!!

April Fairy

I am such a bad blogger. This is my first post this year - shocking!! In my defence I've been poorly and the last few weeks have sucked! Making this card, however, cheered me up! I've used the super cute Lili of the Valley 'April Fairy' together with a raindrop stencil and some clear embossing paste :-)

There's nothing like splashing in puddles with your wellie bobs on!!!!
