Bellarific Friday!

Yay! It's Friday :-) This sure feels like the longest week EVER! There was a sketch to follow this week at stamping bella's 'Bellarific Friday' challenge and this was my entry.
The yummy scrummy papers are 'Romance and Roses' from NitWit Collections. The image is Uptown Girl Bubbles loves her bubbly. The lettering is form a Docrafts stamp set I've had forever and never used. Shame on me.
I wish I had time to have a relaxing bath. I always seem to have a child hammering on the door wanting to show me what 'awesome' creation she has made on Minecraft!!

Please accept my apologies for not visiting your blogs this week. I feel really run down and exhausted. I will do much better next week. Hugs, Jayne xx

Graduation Day!

Gosh, I'm feeling rubbish today! I ache everywhere and have a runny nose. I think an early night is required.
I made this ages ago and barely remember it! It's definitely a Penny Black stamp and the beautiful papers are from the French Lavender collection from Docrafts.
Aww doesn't little Hedgey look chuffed :-)

Big hugs, Jayne x

Birthday chores :-)

Another with Lily Love Laundry. Sorry, I can't help it, I love this stamp :-)
I am miles behind with everything today - , laundry, ironing, housework, card making. If there was a gold medal for failing at the basics I would win it today!!!

The beautiful papers are a new set called Sew Fitting from NitWit Collections and the flower was made using a Die-Namics die set.
I can't even spell today. I think I'll have a cup of tea and re-group ;-)

Hope you had a fab weekend. Hugs, Jayne xx

Bellarific Friday.

Today's card was made for the Bellarific Friday challenge, which came with photo inspiration.
The image is Madison has a Margarita and the papers are Wild Rose Studio, Letters From Paris.

Oooh, I can't get that pesky image centred! Anyhoo, this is the inspiration for the card!
Indigo wanted to play along too. . . .
Right, it's the school run and then me and the tiddly one are off to dance class. Altogether now . . 'If you're happy and you know it clap your hands  . . . . '

Have a super day. Byeeeeeee. Jayne xx

Brain fade!

I keep forgetting to mention that I have a Pinterest Board now - is that even what you call it? Thank you Coops for following :-)
Have I posted this? Gosh, I so can't remember! I trawled through my posts and couldn't find it so I'm hoping it's new :-) It's a box I made for the card further down in the post - it was for one of the magazine Cardmaking competitions but I can't remember which one. Do you see a theme here?
Love this little LOTV church. I've teamed it with the NitWit collection Romance and Roses paper - it seemed an obvious choice :-)

I made a page book style card to go with it again using the Romance and Roses papers with a Magnolia image.

Hmm, this is a little 'death by photo'. I apologise. It was the annual parent/teacher meeting today and my brain is fried.
I used the Wild Rose Studio wedding cake stamp on the inside.

And finally this is the beautiful card Indigo made for me for Mother's Day :-) Just scrumptious.
I need a lie down in a darkened room now! Hope that you're having a fab week. It's nearly Friday :-) Thank you for stopping by. Hugs, Jayne x

Oriental Delight!

As soon as I saw these papers in my local craft shop I knew I had to have 'em!! Yum scrum :-) They are from Kaisercraft's Cherry Blossom collection and are super pretty! I thought that they were perfect to use with the LOTV 'Aimi with lantern' stamp.
I have used WOC flowers and dragonfly/butterfly dies from Joanna Sheen. I still haven't managed to get hold of nice lace so I'm scrabbling about my ribbon box for scraps!
Hope that you had a great weekend. Sending hugs, Jayne xx

When the going gets tough . . .

. . . the tough eat scones!! Oh dear. The diet is in tatters! It's been a tricky week and I'm super tired. After the school run I've been hitting the bun shop! Must do better!!!!

Enough of my diet woes. Today I'm using a sketch from Bellarific Friday. The image is 'Lily Loves Laundry' from Stampingbella and the papers are ancient Wild Rose Studio (Letters From Paris). I made the card in super quick time last night - one of those last minute emergencies.

Maybe I should do some skipping? That burns lots of calories. Maybe after a cup of tea ;-)
Thank you so much for stopping by it means such a lot. Super big thanks to my new followers :-)

Sending hugs; it's nearly Friday :-)  Hugs, Jayne xxx

Girly chat!

Aww, I just love this stamp! It's 'Paige and Peggy pour some tea' from Stampingbella :-) The papers are Romance and Roses from NitWit Collections.
I'm really trying to keep the embellies to a minimum so the card will fit into a standard envelope which will be easier to sell at the craft fair!
Hope that you are all having a fab week. Sending hugs, Jayne x

Inspired by Sue!

Now, I saw a card using this layout in Simply Homemade and I am sure it was made by lovely Sue at Creations by Bearhouse . I hope that she doesn't mind me using her creation as inspiration for this one.
I've used the Memory Box Merry Christmas die with the beautiful snowflake dies. The image is an oldie from Crafter's Companion and the paper was from my stash.I won Top 3 at Winter Wonderland :-) I'm in a Christmassy mood now - hehehe!!
I happened across the Twelve Months of Christmas Challenge blog whose optional theme is Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow. Can't believe I've never happened across this blog before. I'm hoping it's the motivation I need to get sorted for Christmas this year. For the past two years I've still been making cards on Christmas Eve!!!!! Ooops.

Dandelion Clock!

Apologies for not coming to visit your blogs this week. I fell on Monday, in the night - I managed to wake everyone in the house with a mighty crash! I've hurt my right knee, elbow and shoulder. My shoulder really hurts today; not helped by having to keep picking up my daughter! I am an accident waiting to happen :-(

Anyhoo, today I am sharing an LOTV image (first time it's been inked) with NitWit Collections 'Promises' papers.
I've used the Joanna Sheen butterfly die and some Memory Box clouds with a splash of glitter here and there.
Right, I am going to take my battered self off for a cuppa and an episode of Without A Trace. Thank you for stopping by :-) Sending hugs to all in need, Jayne x
