Runner Up at Papercraft Essentials :-)

This was one of my entries for Papercrafter of the Year in Papercraft Essentials. I had assumed that this along with the windmill I made had not floated the judge's boat as the closing date was back in November. I was one happy bunny at the weekend when I bought the magazine to see that I had come runner-up!
I made this ages ago and am in asleep deprived haze (Isis is poorly again) and so am very foggy on details. The papers are from Raspberry Road - I think it's the White Christmas collection. The poinsettia is from Spellbinders and the image is one of my favourite  Lili of the Valley images.

I doubt I'll get to post again before Christmas so I will take this opportunity to say thank you for all your support this year; at times it's kept me going! Hope that you have the best Christmas. Sending hugs, Jayne xx

I'm entering this into:
Divas By Design - Anything Goes - last challenge :(

  2. Oh! Jayne you poor soul. I hope Isis settles down to let you get some much needed sleep!!!
Congratulations on your win. Your card is absolutely stunning.
I remember entering a competition, a friend phoned to tell me my entry had won and was featured in the new issue of the magazine. You would think the company would let you know before "the rest of the world" find out
Wishing you and yours a Fantastic Christmas & A very Happy, Healthy New Year
    Hugs

  5. Huge congratulations, Jayne, that's wonderful news....but to be honest, I really don't think you should have received the runner-up award....you should have been the winner with your STUNNING card!!!!!! I haven't seen the winner's card, so it must be incredible!

I hope your little one is recovering well, and that you don't 'crash'.

Sending Happy Christmas wishes to you and your family.

    Big Hugs,
    Jennifer. xx
