There are days when you really shouldn't attempt to craft. This week, Monday was that day. I spent an hour and a half faffing about with this card only to open it and found I'd made it upside down!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had it been a plain square card this would not have been such a huge palaver but with all the punched edges it turned into an epic performance!
The embossed card is from Kanban. Using this card has persuaded me to put the new 6"x6" embossing folders at Crafter's Companion on my ever growing wish list! The doily is made using the Cheery Lynn French Pastry Doily Die. The little flourish is a Die-Namics die and the snowflakes are Spellbinders. The sentiment is from the new LOTV grunge sentiment stamp set. The image is also LOTV and is 'James Bear in the Snow'.
I've realised that the Harrogate show is much sooner than I thought - I think I've left it too late to save up!!
Hope you get time to join us this week -it's a tricky one but a challenge is supposed to be good for you!!!
Huge hugs, have a fabulous rest of the week! Hugs, Jayne xx

Lovely card. It's amazing how much thinking goes into the creation of such a piece of beauty!

Another stunner hun, you truly are Titania. My favourite Christmas bear of all time, I would even consider leaving Toad if James just but said "run away with me to snowland". Gorgeous colours and design, as always. I wouldn't care that it is a left-handed card, it's unique. So that's my Christmas card sorted out then! Big hugs, Mavis xxxx
ReplyDeleteI agree with Squirrel - James the Bear in the snow is the most adorable male on the block!! Love your coloru scheme and the fabulous delicate punchwork - soo pretty :-)
